We put it in writing: a clear, practical engagement letter setting out exactly what we’ll do, what it costs, and by when. The kind of email you can forward to a co-founder without translating it first.
We do the work, then refine until it’s genuinely right: not just technically correct, but actually useful for your business.
On fees
Within the scope of your engagement, ask as many questions as you need.
If the scope changes, we will propose a new price before any additional work begins, so you’re never blindsided. If a matter genuinely doesn’t suit a fixed fee, we’ll say so plainly and explain how pricing will work before we begin. Either way, you decide with the full picture in front of you.
